Firm Foundation

A poor foundation leads to perpetual disrepair, and families cannot feel safe when their home is in disrepair. When those families do not have all the resources they need to meet those repair needs, hope is diminished.

We seek to restore a sense of security and hope for homeowners in our partner neighborhoods by providing critical home repairs. We are working together with our neighbors to create a firm foundation where families can thrive. At the core, the home repair we provide gives us the opportunity to connect with these families in ways that remind us all of the One who is the ultimate firm foundation – Jesus Christ. When our house is built on Him, it will not fall (Matthew 7:24-27).

SOS provides critical home repairs for approximately 40 families each year. Each home we repair costs an average of $3,500 in materials alone. That’s over $100,000 every year that we spend on shingles, lumber, nails, etc. We need YOU to help us build a firm foundation for these families.

We are seeking 1,000 families or individuals to commit to a regular monthly gift of $5 or more to help us build this Firm Foundation. Will you help us build a Firm Foundation for the Future of SOS?
