How to Register

We’re thrilled to be hosting high school groups in 2024!

Registration will open on our website on Wednesday, October 4th at 10 AM CST. Be ready with your credit card to snag your spots and have a back up week in mind in case your first choice fills up! Email Kelly@sosmemphis.org with questions!

Things to Know

  • Spaces guaranteed on first-come, first-served basis upon payment of deposit.

  • All registrations should be for a group (no individual registrations).

  • Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

  • Each week has a max. cap. of 100 participants.

  • Each group can register for a max. of 50 participants.

  • If SOS cancels camp due to safety concerns with the COVID-19 pandemic, groups will receive a full refund, including their deposit.

Important Information About Registration

  • Groups will be guaranteed space (as available – first come, first serve) upon registering on our website and submitting a $50 per participant deposit.

  • The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

  • Groups canceling or reducing the number of participants on or before March 15, 2024, will lose their deposits, but will not be required to pay full tuition balance for any dropped spots.

  • Groups canceling or reducing after March 15, 2024, will be held responsible for their entire tuition balance.

  • SOS will update our COVID-19 protocols regularly as we approach summer camp. Our protocols will be based on recommendations and policies from the CDC as well as local health directives in Memphis. Please know that we will closely follow all recommendations (which may include things like mask-wearing indoors, social distancing, proof of vaccination and/or negative COVID-19 test results, etc.). Any groups or individuals who are not able to follow our safety protocols will not be able to attend camp and will not be eligible for a refund.
