...oh, isn’t that fun. And, yes, thanks so much Drew, SOMETHING BIG is coming and now you know that SOMETHING BIG will happen here in MEMPHIS.
And while it absolutely is something really quite big, I actually have something else really, really big to share with you today:
A current EBC member has offered to match dollar-for-dollar any growth in annual EBC giving of up to $10,000.
Let me just grab my jaw off of the floor so that I can continue this parade of fantastic news by adding that in one week, you have already given an incredible amount…and that it’s being matched! Without further ado, here are the week one results of your generosity that give us some FEELS!:
In the last week, stoked by the giving from five new members and eight current members, EBC annual giving has increased by $2,938.32.
PEOPLE! This is fantastic!
As of this morning, the EBC is representative of 18% of all summer staff, comprised of 102 members in 81 households, and gives $4,229.30 monthly for an annual contribution total of $50,751.60!
We are so thankful. And we are not done yet!
Remember those BIG goals?
An increase of $10,000 in annual giving in 2021 through monthly increased giving between both existing members and new EBC members.
The addition of 43 new members so that the EBC will be representative of 25% of summer staff alumni.
We are hot on the trail and, back to Father Drew, yes!, we are looking forward to SOMETHING BIG that will happen here in MEMPHIS to celebrate the EBC and the incredible investment and generosity you give to SOS.
