How can my church be involved with SOS this summer?

The summer is approaching, and SOS is still looking for churches to adopt a week of camp in Orange Mound.  Every summer, SOS partners with churches around Memphis to proclaim the gospel in word and deed to both campers and homeowners.  Not only do volunteers from local churches bless campers and homeowners, but volunteers are always incredibly blessed to see and be a part of this gospel proclamation.

What does adopting a week of camp consist of?

Adopting a week of camp consists of your church sending volunteers throughout the week to do various tasks: pray, help serve dinner, deliver popsicles, visit work sites, etc.  There are volunteer opportunities for families with small children, youth, college students, and adults.  Both small and large churches can participate in this way.
